– No SOA Request Forms – we believe requesting work should be an easy and seamless process. CPS operates on a dedicated Paraplanner model, meaning you work with the same Paraplanner every time. We matchmake you with Paraplanners experienced in key areas such as Risk Advice to ensure you are getting a Paraplanner with the right skill set. Our entire team is 100% onshore. We complete a robust onboarding process with you, which involves one of our Paraplanning Specialists creating a training manual for your dedicated team of Paraplanners. We operate on a Per SOA fee structure, meaning no lock in contracts or minimum spends for you. Our cost is always confirmed upfront.
– CPS operates on a dedicated Paraplanner model. This means you would have one to two assigned Paraplanners to handle your requests. We find this leads to best outcomes, as your dedicated Paraplanners feel like a natural extension of your internal team. We take the time upfront to learn your way of doing things and your dedicated Paraplanner will develop a strong relationship with you over time. They will be on hand to collaborate where required to create the right strategy and deliver the best outcome for your clients.
