Briefly describe your services and how they support Risk Advice

We provide paraplanning and administration support so we will write the advice, prepare the advice and implement the advice. We also do pre-assessments, alterations and claims.

– Alura Financial provides onshore paraplanning and administrative support tailored for financial advisors, focusing on efficiency, compliance, and professional growth. Our services emphasize deep industry knowledge and premium support, especially in the risk advice space. Having been in the industry for over 16 years, we have seen what works and have developed a process encompassing all steps within the advice process.

 

Can you highlight any key benefits or advantages that Risk Advisers or support staff can expect when working with your company?

– Alura offers streamlined administration and paraplanning services, helping advisers focus on client interaction while enhancing productivity and compliance. Our process has been established to encompass industry compliance requirements whilst being flexible enough to integrate into most financial planning practices to provide a seamless continuation of workflow and service standards your clients have come to know. Our service offering can be tailored to suit your individual needs and financial requirements.

 

Are there any specific individuals or teams within your company that Risk practices should reach out to for more information or support?

– Karli Mann, the founder, leads the team and serves as a key point of contact. I am supported by our Operations Manager, Chloe Ryan, who’s role is to manage adviser relationships, build and develop processes and provide comprehensive training to ensure our staff have the right skill sets to meet you needs.

 

Can you share any important news, messages or updates that you would like to convey to Risk Advisers?

– Having worked as a Business Development Manager for Zurich, Karli is passionate about ensuring more Australian’s have adequate cover in place to reduce the financial exposure that often arises as a result of death, disability, illness and/or injury. We provide Risk Specific resources such as journey maps, process manuals and checklists to ensure advisers are equipped to conduct the risk conversations, provide justified and quality advice to clients and ultimately, provide a seamless implementation of risk advice.

 

Do you have any specific resources, such as guides, articles, demos or tools, that you would like to provide to Risk Advisers or support staff?

– We provide tailored solutions and compliance support for financial planning firms. We have established process manuals, risk guides, needs analysis calculators, pre-assessment templates and implementation checklists to ensure the risk journey is clear, concise and as efficient as possible.

 

Can you share any success stories or testimonials from Risk Advisers who have used your service?

– I have a client who is a small business owner. He has been outsourcing his administration to us for the last 2 months and has seen a significant increase in new client appointments as he now has the time to meet new prospects. This adviser utilizes our pre-assessment process and also utilizes the paraplanning, preparation and implementation services. Instead of the adviser managing the requirements and liaising with underwriters, we manage that relationship between client and insurer. This saves the adviser a significant amount of time and enables them to seek other opportunities. With the understanding our team have, the adviser has peace of mind knowing the client is kept up to date and has correct information along the way.
