We’ve been building out a range of tools and resources across Risk Hub to support different parts of the advice process.
Much of this has been shaped by ongoing conversations and survey feedback – particularly around where time is being lost, systems aren’t quite helping, and parts of the process feel harder than they should be.
Rather than leaving things spread across pages, we’ve pulled a number of these into a single Toolkit page.
A simple way to see what’s available
The Toolkit is designed to make it easier to:
-
See what tools are available
-
Understand what they’re useful for
-
Access client-friendly resources
-
And get a sense of what’s in progress
Some of it you might already be using.
Some of it might be new.
Some is still evolving.
Aligned to how advice actually works
We’ve also structured things loosely around the way advice tends to flow:
-
Engaging clients and starting conversations
-
Capturing key information early
-
Structuring needs and recommendations
-
Producing clear outputs
You can use individual pieces as needed, or connect them together into a smoother workflow.
Tools, content and support
Alongside the tools themselves, the page also brings in:
-
Client-friendly guides and flyers
-
Content to support conversations
-
Links through to Life Insurance Guide for broader client education
The aim is to support both:
👉 how advice is delivered
👉 and how it’s explained
Ongoing
There’s more in progress – particularly around simplifying parts of the advice process that still take too long and improving how the pieces connect.
If there’s something you’d like to see, or have any feedback on what we’re producing, feel free to reach out.
